About Chef Clément

Chef Clément is passionate in sharing Provençal cooking with visitors to the region, providing them with a true Provençal experience. His passion started when he helped his mother prepare meals in their kitchen, which later encouraged his five year training at Marseilles Cooking School.

Chef Clément moved to Provence at a young age, where he fell in love with the food, the lifestyle, and the idea of fresh, local ingredients to create hearty dishes. He started Cooking Classes in Provence in 2012, providing authentic Provençal cooking workshops for visitors, offering them a taste of the Provençal lifestyle.
