We were a family of 9 and each of us loved the experience. Chef Clement was excellent at involving everyone and giving us tips to making the amazing food we were to prepare. He was also very flexible with the menu choice. Great communication in English and absolutely fun overall. Definitely recommended. Thank you chef! :)

The class was excellent and lots of fun. Chef Clement is experienced and clearly loves his job. I learnt a lot during the class and would love to do another.

Clement met us at a home we rented in Barjols, France. We have 4 kids aged 9,7,6,3 who all wanted to be apart of the lesson. We had several courses and Clement helped everyone get involved. He was very patient with the kids and helped make the lesson a memorable part of our trip. Merci, Clement.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 hour macaron cooking class with Clément. He very kindly spoke English to us, and even provided the written recipe instructions in English. The class was entertaining, informative, and very hands on. We all went home with a delicious box full of macarons to share with our families. I look forward to attempting to make them at home, now that I have practiced with an expert!

My mom and I took the class to make a very fancy three layer cake. We had so much fun! And everyone made a cake! A biscuit layer, praline layer, and a chocolate mouse. Chef clement was serious but relaxed and made it so fun! Recommend to anyone! Awesome experience!

We had a wonderful time. We learned new skills and the preparation of delicious food. Chef Clément is a very kind person, fun to be with and is willing to share his tremendous wisdom with all of us. We all can highly recommend this adventure. I am sure everybody can learn a lot from him. Just do it and have fun.

We LOVED our class with Chef Clement! We did a private class for three people and cooked nothing but amazing, decadent dishes! Chef Clement was friendly and fun to be around, and really put us to work (which was perfect)! We made four delicious courses and took the leftovers back with us. It was a great experience and if anyone is traveling to this area, I would definitely recommend Chef Clement.
