Discover Authentic Cooking Classes in Aix-en-Provence
Immerse yourself in the culinary atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence with a private cooking class led by Chef Clément. Discover the flavors of Provence through hands-on cooking, optional market visits and personalized culinary experiences designed exclusively for your group.
Your private cooking class in Aix-en-Provence takes place at L’Atelier Culinarion, located at 52 rue des Cordeliers in the historic center of the city. The workshop is only a two-minute walk from the main market and the town hall, right in the heart of Aix-en-Provence.
Please note that all classes are fully private. Chef Clément privatizes the workshop for your experience; the venue itself is operated by the Culinarion team and is not owned by the chef.
Meeting time is usually 9:00 AM when including the market tour, or 9:30 AM for the cooking class only.
The market tour is available as an optional addition to the class. This 45-minute guided visit includes the purchase of seasonal fruits and vegetables for the recipes as well as a few tastings from local producers. The market visit is offered at a flat rate of €80 per group.
Discover Local Producers and Ingredients with a Market Tour in Aix-en-Provence
Take part in a private 45-minute market tour with Chef Clément to select the fresh fruits and vegetables needed to prepare your meal. All other ingredients required for the recipes — such as meat, fish and pantry items — will have been carefully selected in advance by the chef.
After returning from the market around 9:45 AM, Chef Clément will welcome you with coffee or tea and explain how the workshop will unfold. He will then guide you through 3 to 3.5 hours of hands-on cooking, teaching techniques and helping you prepare each recipe step by step.
Around 1:00 PM, Chef Clément will provide table service so you can sit down and enjoy the dishes you have prepared. The tasting time usually lasts between one hour and one hour and thirty minutes, bringing the experience to a close around 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM.
At L’Atelier Culinarion, you may also choose a pastry workshop without the market tour, lasting approximately three hours. Depending on your schedule, it is also possible to organize an afternoon cooking class followed by dinner, also without the market visit.
Create Your Own Personalized Cooking Class Experience
In addition to enjoying a tour of the market to buy fruits and vegetables, you will be able to choose a unique and exclusive experience thanks to the choice of personalized menu. Cooking classes in Aix-en-Provence are on-demand and are entirely personalized to offer you an experience perfectly suited to your expectations and desires.
