Cooking School in Aix-en-Provence at L’Atelier Culinarion

If you prefer a class in a cooking school in Provence instead of an in-home cooking class, Chef Clément is a teacher at two cooking schools. The first one, L’Atelier Culinarion, is situated in the center of Aix-en-Provence near the town hall. The second one, L’Atelier Peyrollais, is in Peyrolles-en-Provence, a small town near pertuis. You can book your own private class or join a group for a scheduled lesson.

Privatization : Both workshops can be private for your event with Chef Clément. He can rent the cooking schools to organize a class only with you, with your friends, or your family. Just ask Clément if the place is available for your desired date. Private workshops do cost more than group classes. Please note that the workshops don’t belong to Chef Clément; he’s only a chef instructor there.

L’Atelier Culinarion located in the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence at 52 rue des Cordeliers opened in April 2013. Clément was the first cooking teacher at the school. He offered thematic classes each month. You can now reserve the entire school to organize your private class. It can be a macaron class, pastry, sushi, apéritif and even more. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. You will use all the kitchen utensils and work in a beautiful space. All classes take place in a very good atmosphere. At the end of the class, you will receive the recipe for the meal you learned to prepare. Of course, the chef will stay available for questions after the lesson.

We can, for example, schedule a private class according to the following itinerary: We can met up at 9am for a market tour to buy the vegetables with a small city walk tour, then we will be back at the workshop to start the cooking class at 10am for 3 hours. After the class, I will clean up for you and let you enjoy your incredible homemade meal.

The place can be reserved only for you from Monday to Sunday according to the availability of each part (Chef and workshop). Do not hesitate to send a personal request to Clément. He will do his best to accommodate your schedule and needs and reply to your message as soon as possible.
